REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Workshop registration or booking fees must be paid in full by the invoice due date to confirm your place in the workshop. Once payment has been received, you will be sent email confirmation of receipt of your payment.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Full refunds of all monies paid will be made if a workshop is cancelled by us, or if the workshop is re-scheduled by us and you are unable to attend on the new date.
Cancellation by participants must be made in writing. If you cancel your paid booking, the workshop fee will be refunded less 25% of the fee.
Johannes Reinhart Photography is not responsible for any other costs which workshop participants may have incurred including but not limited to travel, car rental, insurance, photographic purchases and/or rentals.
POSTPONEMENT POLICY
If you have booked and paid for a workshop and are unable to attend on the workshop date, you can choose to transfer your booking to the next workshop. If the the subsequent workshop is cancelled, you will receive a refund less 25% of the workshop fee.
GIFT VOUCHERS – CONDITIONS OF USE
Gift vouchers for Johannes Reinhart Photography Workshops are to be redeemed only for workshops offered solely by Johannes Reinhart Photography Workshops website, including small group workshops, 1-on-1 workshops and weekend photography retreats. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for photography tours or photography workshops and classes offered by other photographers and on-sold via this website.
Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash or payment credit, nor are refunds available if you are unable to use a gift voucher. Gift vouchers may be transferred to another person but you will need to inform Johannes Reinhart Photography of the transfer in writing prior to the expiry date of the voucher.
Gift vouchers may be used as part or full payment for a workshop or course on offer. If workshop or course fees are more than the amount on the voucher, then the bearer of the voucher must pay the difference.
All workshop bookings made using a gift voucher must be made before the gift voucher expiry date.
CHANGES TO WORKSHOP SCHEDULE
All workshop schedules and plans are subject to change at our discretion depending upon weather, health and safety considerations, or any other factor related or unrelated to photographic opportunities as we see fit.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY
Johannes Reinhart Photography accept no liability for death, illness or injury or loss or damage to photo equipment or personal belongings during the course of the workshop or in transit thereto.
We can accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in the services to be provided. We reserve the right to change our arrangements should conditions necessitate, or to cancel any aspect of the workshop due to exceptional circumstances. In the event that we deem it necessary to cancel the workshop we will provide a full refund, which the participants acknowledge as full and final settlement. In the event of a workshop cancellation by Johannes Reinhart Photography, liability of Johannes Reinhart Photography to participants shall be limited to the total value of the workshop. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential loss.
By joining any workshops offered by Johannes Reinhart Photography, participants acknowledge that they are aware of risks and are physically capable of safely taking part in the workshop. Further, they release Johannes Reinhart Photography, guest presenters, workshop assistants and models from any liability. Johannes Reinhart Photography, guest presenters, workshop assistants and models will assume no liability for injury, illness or loss of personal property or expenses associated with participation in a workshop.
YOUR AGREEMENT TO THIS CONTRACT
In reserving a place on the workshop by paying the workshop fee, you are agreeing to accept all the above conditions. The person who makes the booking does so on behalf of all the individuals included, and all are bound by the booking conditions.
